ABOUT US
Dynamic: Positive and full of energy and new ideas. Card is accepted with a 3.5% fee. Our existing clients: For every client you recommend, after their first visit, you will receive 10% off your next service with us. All appointments require deposits. All deposits made are NON REFUNDABLE. If cancellation occurs, 50% of your deposit will be put towards your rescheduled appointment but can only be used towards the original service it was booked for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period for all clients. Anymore than that and your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service. Only 50% will be used towards your appointment when you reschedule. We are as lenient as possible but are very busy and need to be fair to other clients who arrive on time.
